Registration

All the authors need to complete the registration first in order for participation. Please choose the correct role to attend the conference and pay the registration fee accordingly.

One Day Visit	50 USD/ 330 CNY
Additional Papers	380 USD/ 2500 CNY
Extra Pages	30 USD per page/ 200 CNY per page

 

You're simply required to fill out the Registration form for Listeners and send it to us via email before the registration deadline. We'll contact you after we review the form.
One regular registration can cover a paper within 14 pages, including all figures, tables, and references for one main author of the paper.
One regular registration covers only one author. Co-authors SHOULD also register in-order to join in the conference and display their name in the conference materials.
The one day visit is not included in the regular registration.
All the registration fees quoted above are inclusive the Taxes.

If the refund is requested prior to May 1, 2022, 30% of registration fee will be charged. No refund will be processed after May 1, 2022. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.

Due to force majeure including but not limited to earthquake, natural disaster, war and country policy, the organizer reserves the rights to change the conference dates or venue with immediate effect and takes no responsibility.
